In practice since 1998, Matt O'Grady now focuses primarily on disputes, claims, and litigation of insurance and personal injury cases. Remarkably, and perhaps uniquely, he has also drawn on his past experience and blended his practice to include handling and trying business disputes, fiduciary claims, professionals' malpractice, and commercial litigation. Throughout his career he has been routinely involved in and responsible for the handling, trial or settlement of significant cases involving six and seven figure recoveries for his clients.

Mr. O'Grady has deep roots in St. Louis where he attended Washington University and graduated with honors (AB 93) and earned his law degree (JD 98). Following law school, Mr. O'Grady initially practiced for two years with Missouri's largest insurance defense law firm at that time located in downtown St. Louis. After three more years at a Clayton law firm expanding his concentration to include business, commercial, and fiduciary litigation, he began his own practice and opened an office at his current location within a few blocks of the St. Louis County courts.

He is a member of the Missouri and Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, American Association for Justice, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and The Lawyer's Association of St. Louis. Mr. O'Grady resides in St. Louis with his wife and three children.
